To not be able to tell who you are is not a novelty for my nation. Its customs, tradition, cultural heritage even cuisine has been claimed by its neighbors for centuries now. But that has never been a problem for we have large amount of it, and we are a nation that has always wanted to share our heritage with others.
But enough is enough when some one is trying to erase the very language that you speak as non existent, as some of our neighbors have tried in the past and are trying still within their borders.
Please do not let this happen.

Erasing the macedonian language from the list of the official electronic edition of UNTERM represents a cruel, fascistic attack against the macedonian people and the macedonian country and we strongly condemn it as such.

They can try to erase everything that is Macedonian,but they can't erase the identity.This is where they fall.

We are Macedonians and we speak Macedonian language. This is simple as it is. In the 21 century we should not be having this type of discrimination against a nation and a language.

We don't choose our language nor we choose it's name - is is given to us as Macedonian language with all its' vocabulary and grammar from our parents, from the parent of our parents, from our ancestors. In one word, it is our destiny and we can not change it, as we can not change our mother and father, or their birth names!
We do exist as Macedonians and the language exists as Macedonian. No clerk can erase us from the world map or documents just by using the DELETE BUTTON! So, please, don't try it again!

ONE NAME WE HAVE...MACEDONIA....UNITED MACEDONIA.......

Born in Aegian Macedonia, ocupied by the Greek Fashist System.I, my Parents and the entire town spoke only macedonian. When I attempted grade 1, 2, 3 and 4, I was beaten, tortured because i did not speak properly Greek.
In spring of 1945, nearly the entire population of my town forsfully had to leave my birth place. Thanks to the Macedonian government and the people of Macedonia for opening the doors for us. I continued my education in Macedonia, up to two years university, then imigrated to Canada. In Canada I ontinued my education and became professional "Civil engineer". This will never, never hapened in fashist Greek system.
I love Canada. Canada gave me all the oportunities I wanted. Canada recognises my background as Macedonian. Wherever I go on vacation, arround the world, "I AM ALWAYS CANADIAN".
